Well, this was supposed to be the birthday gift for the famous Dr. Viper fan artist,  ignigeno, but because of the recent difficult life situations and the technical problems in FurAffinity, I'll post this pic for now here.

This pic introduces our well - known katsnake mad scientist practicing waterbending with the fullest joy. He also wears the outfit, which is characteristical for Foggy Swamp Tribe men, who live in the Earth Kingdom. Aaaargh, too much listening OMNIA's "Earth Warrior" (link's here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=71swxdSzY1w) and only one episode of Avatar: The Last Airbender have done their job!
Why?
Because I had recently the fantasy, in which most canon characters from TaleSpin and SWAT Kats and two of my fancharacters play the roles of benders in the ATLA universe - the people who control the elements : water, fire, air and earth, and use them for numerous acrobatic and choreographic fights. Just like Aang, Katara and the rest of the characters from that show and its continuation, Legend of the Korra. :D

I like especially how Viper's muzzle and bending water in his hands came out. It reminds me somehow the way the Prince John was drawn in Disney's animated movie "Robin Hood" with the twist of the reptileness. ;)
I think  ignigeno will forgive me being late with the late birthday gift and she'll be happy with the cool pic of her favourite scaley manifestaion of sexiness ;) Even of not having any cock it'll be fun to watch.
