Basic TOS:

I work a 40 hr a week job currently. Responses will not always be immediate but I will respond within 24 hours.

I only take payment through paypal.
USD only.
Once I have received your paypal I will send an invoice.

Commissioner may ask for a private commission and I shall not post it.

I have the right to refuse any commission.
I retain the right to cancel and refund any commission if something comes up.

I retain all rights to a model modeled by me.
You are not allowed to resell and/or comercially use the model unless agreed upon.
You may upload renders and animations to your personal gallery as long as credit is clearly given.
You have the option to purchase model for personal use.
If model not done by me gets rigged by me the above does not apply.
