This is Dr. Cooksus Theodore Boiregarde. He's one of my older characters, and also one of my most important. This is despite the fact that prior to this picture, I hadn't drawn him but once in the past 2 or 3 years. That's pretty sad.

Anyways, he's had a significant design update. He retains his signature black labcoat with his trademark symbols displayed all across the front, and he now has an energy pack fastened to his back, complete with a portable generator.

Unlike most Avians, his bones are not semi-hollow. They are reinforced with steel, making him extra durable in fights with the main drawback being that he is incapable of flight. To get around this, his energy pack provides him with the ability to hover in the air for a limited time. Having spent nearly 1,000 years perfecting many different technologies, he's amassed quite a lot of knowledge, but his true intentions are mysterious; Many folks believe he doesn't even exist.
