This is the first page of a three page story the first two pages of which I wrote and that were drawn by Matt McAndrews and 
swiftfur for the Germania Portfolio.
As can be seen in the first two panels, an officer's uniform has just been stolen and the officer in question is raising a real stink over it.

Well, its a form of disrespect if it was one of her men. Since it was more likely than not it being one of them, she had to make a big deal out of it or slowly loose their respect. It is also a good way to keep anyone else who might had been thinking of pulling any pranks on her in the future to think about not doing so.
