The one thing, I haven't tried as babies, was the humans (with the exception of the CGI PSY lol XD) in the movie.

Also yeah Humans are just hard to draw adult, or baby. I can do a portrait drawing of a persons head pretty decent, but their
whole bodies is just too hard for Me. This is also one reason why I don't draw anthro, I think its really hard to do.

Yeah, I don't draw anthro either, I like feral better. Chibi style is easier for me, but drawing normal humans can be tricky.

Yeah I remember taking art classes in school before and it seemed like they always wanted you to draw Humans lol.

I didn't like painting in art class, I suck at painting pictures lol. Im a lot better drawing with just a pencil

Yeah, painting with water colors is like very easy to make a mess. XD So am I, and I sometimes draw with a mouse (never used a tablet lol). :3

He does have really thick eyebrows, so I thought even as a baby squirrel He would probably still have them, but I think
you might be right, I should of probably made them thinner. He's still cute though even if He does have thick eyebrows
as a baby ^^

And kudos to you for remembering not to give him a notched ear. I suspect Surly got that chunk bitten out of his ear later in life ^^

I don't want to sound nerdy or anything, but I just wanted to point out that Surly actually has the chunk bitten
out of His right ear, His left ear is fine lol. A lot of people get that wrong in their drawings I have noticed, some people
seem to think He has a chunk missing in both ears, or the left ear, but its just the right ear that has a missing chunk.

Your right though, as a baby both His ears would be fine, that chunk that was bitten out probably did happen
later in His life.

Must... not... add... smut...

Very cute, though I didn't catch onto the baby aspect until I read the description. There's not much you can really do to tell.

Ziblink seriously you don't know how hard it is for Me to not draw smut sometimes lol.

A lot of times when Im trying to just draw something cute, if I really like the expression on the character or the pose
that they are in I usually will turn it into smut.

Im not going to lie, I have more fun drawing smut, its more interesting to Me, and I am more motivated to getting
a drawing done if its smut.

Also yeah I know what you mean, I didn't really capture the whole baby look 100% in this like I wanted too. I usually don't
draw baby characters, so that's probably why. Usually baby characters just have a smaller body and a big head with large
eyes, so that's what I was trying to do here. If you look at His chest in this drawing, then you can see the baby look I think.
I should of drew Him next to some other adult character so you can see He is a baby.

I'm sure I don't; I can't draw so it's easy for me. But for someone who can whip up stuff like you, I'd be so tempted.

You can always to SFW and NSFW versions, you see that a lot on FA and IB.

It can be real hard to get the right look for children. Often the only way to be sure is just to jump straight into cub, huge head, tiny body, baby clothes and puppy dog eyes. For ferals like Surly you really don't have many cues.

(On that note The Ferals has absolutely no squirrels in it.) And I'm back, soon to be homeless, but back!

Drawing smut isn't really too hard to do, I would suggest just starting out like I did. Just draw some poses of
a character from a TV show, or movie and add some naughty stuff to it. The more you do that and practice, the
better you will get and eventually you will be able to draw the same characters in more difficult poses.

That's what I did with that Fred drawing, I made a rule 34 version and a clean version.

Im sorry to hear that, I know you have been dealing with some pretty difficult stuff lately. I really hope things will get
better for you. Life is really like a rollercoaster, you have your moments when everything seems awesome and you
have your moments when things just seem to be falling apart and your depressed. Are you really going to be homeless??
Can you stay with your parents, cousins, or some other family member for a while??

It's the pose that's the problem, adding smut to an existing drawing is easy. I could do it to this one in half an hour. It's the base that's the problem. I can never draw anything that looks remotely like the character in question.

Yeah, it's an Australian puppet show. It says something about Australians that the bunny in it is named Myxy. (Short for Myxamatosis, a crippling bunny disease.) Aaah Australia.

I've not got much in the way of family I can shack with, I'm looking for alternative accommodation, but the house I'm in is slated to be knocked down. We shall see.

Just keep practicing, I know that's some cheesy advice, but its really true, you just have to keep practicing and try
to challenge yourself. I think that's one of the keys to getting better at drawing, challenging yourself. Go out of your
comfort zone and try to draw something you normally wouldn't draw.

Well you can scratch Me off the list, you live clear in New Zealand, so I don't think you can live with Me. I hope things

process right now and I have half of it done. I should have it done this Month. I like how its coming out so far, Im
making some changes to it and fixing it up so it looks really nice. Im sure you remember that comic, I posted it

That's the thing, characters ARE outside my zone, I'm usually a landscapes person.

It's different. It used to be on TV here back when there was only 3 channels, so there's a whole generation of kids to whom it is as well known as the Simpsons. I think landscapes would be harder to draw then most characters in My opinion. I guess it depends
on what kind of landscapes though.
