The Concept is well done, i would try and work on some anatomy work( try mapping body movements on people and animals using a pipe frame figure) look up gesture drawing and try it it should really help with those sort of issues,
shadows also are never created with pure white and black try using slightly colored greys like purpleish grey or creamy yellow white, these will create less brash saturated tones, also try to avoid oversatuation of color, the midtones tend to look better and create better felling within drawing
and try using contrast to is full potential, all the best drawings in the world play on contrast
though i like the concept, keep going you can do it

That was harsh. XD I hardly see it as such, but thanks, the unfortunate thing is, I don't know what contrast is, or how to accomplish those kind of things in shading, something I feel I can only achieve when I take my classes at collage.

contrast is the difference between lights and darks a lot of amatures have issues with it, they don't use enough highlights or shadow and settle for less try a few youtube vids on it, they will probobly help
