FACCC 's potluck figure I can submit it as this as well...So may I present: Werewolf Chili with Homemade Garlic bread
Werewolf Chili ingredients:
3lbs. of ground beef
1lb. of Jimmy Dean's sausage (used mild but *go with preferences)
1 large jar of spaghetti sauce (*)
2 cans of diced tomatoes
1 small can of tomato paste
1 large can of mushrooms
1 pawful of thin spaghetti (broken inta quarters)
1 large white onion (diced)
6 green onion stalks (diced)
Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb seasonings
parsley
(*season further ta preferences)
Directions:
boil spaghetti till softened, strain then add in the sauces and diced veggies an let slow boil at medium heat while yer fryin' up the sauge an ground beef then add those. whole thing cooks about 30mins but cookin' times may vary.
Homemade garlic bread:
ingredients:
6 slices of texas toast
margarine
Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb seasonings
shredded cheddar cheese
shredded motzerella cheese
preheat oven ta 300c. then on a small cookie sheet butter bread slices, add a few shakes of seasonings, sprinkle with cheese an let bake fer 10 mins. while chili is cookin'.
Made this batch mild cause m'roomie don't like his chili too hot but if ya prefer yer hotter ya can always feel free ta give this a few good spurts'a rachia sauce ta turn up the heat... enjoy! ;)
