In my INA setting, I've envisioned The Society as a compromise between solarpunk and dieselpunk. Although they're also known as the Machinists and revolve their nation around technological progress, there's an effort to work with or around nature instead of total exclusion.
You might notice the remains of the otters' meal--breakfast in the Society usually consists of bread and a dipping sauce similar to aioli.

Starting your day like this would be perfection.
Also, I really love how you compose the otters themselves. Their bodies look like what I would envision an anthropomorphic otter would actually be. Some artists draw an otter head on a normal human body, which is fine, but I find it's more fun to have a genuine blend of anatomy.
The city landscape makes me think of a combination between Tokyo and Rio, with lots of greenery intermixed with the buildings. I'd love to live here, and look like that! :D

rooftops are interesting. i have a different idea of progress then cities or cars, but rooftops are interesting, especially with gardens on them. i'd call the gardens progress though. an interesting scene all around. people seem to be enjoying their gardens and their rooftops.
a single lane for deliveries, and no other motor traffic, i'd call that something like progress too.
images of places catch my eye, especially if they have a lot of green in them.
i shall have to take look around your world a bit more.
