So Lore was feeling cute and wanted to dress appropriately. Granted it probably took her forever to pick out what she wanted to wear due to be not confident enough to wear this sort of stuff usually.

She suffers from low self esteem cause she knows she's different from everyone else so it's rare that she's not being so shy about her looks.
