Hmm, maybe. But not that much more than, say, Nuremberg or the old racecar driver, I think. If anything, she looks more like Starlight, with the gloves/tall boots.
Plus, the inspiration for her design was one of those skimpy tight spacesuits ala 60s pulp sci-fi, or Barberella. That, and the Jetsons.
