Wooo, finished!
This is my fantasy-xchange picture for August, made for godsmaw. This picture started out as a portrait (since August was a portrait round), but then it kinda... grew. Whoops. >___>
Aaanyway, this is godmaw's awesome spider/human character, Scorpia. Godsmaw mentioned that Scorpia loves playing with knives and guns and such, so I thought it would be cool to show her posing with a bunch of weapons. I cropped off her two lowest arms at the shoulders because five weapons is just far too many weapons. Three is good, five is overkill, haha.
But, gosh, I love freaky monster characters like this. *.*

It's unfortunate that people don't like it simply because, ew, it's a humanoid. If it were a dog or a cat or something, I bet a lot more people would like it. People are silly that way.
But whatever, I think it's one of my best renderings so far, so pffft. P:

I thought that FA people might like since it's basically an insect anthro, and there *is* a demand for them on here (just look at the popularity of whitemantis' art) but I guess not. Oh well, at least people on DA seemed to like the picture a lot better (though I also spammed it to a ton of groups on there, haha). XD
