This is just my suggested method! and how I do elastic on my blanks! just for the jaw movement. Some may have been confused as to the underjaw shape (IE there being no resin there) for the mouth movement. and that is because I add an elastic band underneath! Makes for more comfort in face shape :)
If you do not like the elastic around the hinges method by all means don't feel you need to. This is just what I do! :)
