March is a dragon. A very large dragon but a dragon nonetheless. Dragon's tend to roar loudly and March was no exception. It just so happens that when March roar's clouds move, and windows hundred's of kilometers away shatter form the sound wave.
It's better not to be anywhere in the same region as March when he let's out a thunderous "RAAWWR!!"...
