EDIT: 4:23 pm 9/13/2015 - Ive just been informed shes being sold privately. I am so sorry to anyone who has put a bid in on the character.
The purchaser of Bella the Meerkat has asked if I would be willing to relist her due to hard times. I want to make sure she goes to a good home. I will only be sending the winner the paypal account of the original purchaser so that I'm not involved in the funds process - just holding this auction for her to ensure she goes to a good home.

I believe in being out right honest in dealings and certain things may have made things look shady. A third party started talks between me and her about payment plans as funds aren't there at this closing time. Obviously the seller has the option to accept payment as they see fit but any such thing should be agreed to before the bid is made. She is apparently asking for a pause on the auction end date, but I see no issue with anyone else asking about payment arrangements to up their bid. I will not place a bid until full agreement is reached on payment plan dates and amounts is why she is asking for a delay on auction.
I am not, nor would I be comfortable with a sale outside the auction. The auction was started so that is the sale.

I'm completely unaware of what was happening outside of the auction - I said I would facilitate this since they needed extra funds which is fair enough and it was a character she originally purchased from an irl friend of mine. I'm not going to be restarting the auction. My view on anything auctioned is once its up, thats it. You see it through to the end no matter what the result is. If this gets auctioned at a later date it wont be hosted by me. I don't want to get involved in someone elses business and then get the flack for trying to be helpful. As of now I won't be hosting anyone elses things except my own even if I know the person personally - no exceptions.
