Days 1-4 | Day 5
-
Following up on the raven (that I suspect was Woodward from TFC) showing up in my meditation yesterday, I decided to search around for the sort
of symbology associated with his ilk.
...guess what my native american birth totem turns out to be (sep 22-oct 22)? Yeah. Slightly creeped out now. Not sure if I'm chasing mental
images or embarking on a spirit quest... oh well, down the rabbit hole I go...

Day 6; Ravens and haircuts
Didn't have much time, only got one session, and didn't really have long enough at it. Couple of vague whispers of movement, abstract patterns that
might be interpreted as badly lit landscapes - or not. Despite the lack of anything particularly overtly 'visual', I found myself mulling over ways
that I would draw Woodward, and what sort of beak shape would look good on him. I have sketched the results above. No refs used, so anatomy will
be completely cowpat. And furthers my belief that I can't tell the difference between a raven and a crow. Happily, native american mythology doesn't
differentiate either, so I'm still on there.
Thoughts of Woodward tend to lead onto Tee, and indeed I gave her appearance a bit of a review too. Sketched above is what I envisage her to be in
perhaps a year's worth of story time. For now, she'll stay with a bit of a harsher flat-top, but as time goes on I definitely want to move her in
this direction because I love that asymmetric do...
