Another OC, set in the world of the centaur guy.

This lady's name might be Rhonda.
She'seither some dinosaur lady, or a long tailed featherless harpy. She can alter her form by will, but because of her age (prob 106 years) she has issues staying up in the air. Her wings are also less useful because of her floppy skin.

She's very tiny, and has a permanent frown, most of the time.

Her specie is very rare, and she might be one of the last remaining.
