Well I got it down below DOUBLE the submission
Down to 31 frames from the original 75. Had to cut the first half of the tail raising animation to get it this close.

Well I didnt do the icon or animation myself, I just took theirs and chopped some frames out, resized, lowered quality in a poor attempt to lower the KB so could get it as an icon, though the size requirements are just TO low to get to :c Needa talk to and/or about the originals :p
