I was waiting for my friend to get out of class and texted her that I "knocked my interview out of the park and they love me" and twenty minutes later she was running toward me screaming "I'M SO PROUD" and hugged me way too hard in public.

Her and I will never be an official couple, but I am often overwhelmed by how enthusiastic she is about my existence. I can only imagine how she will react when, and if, I ever get hired by the big leagues in DC I've been scoping out.
