Just a little something I created using the generic uniform template by Tounushi.
Civil defense is an important agency in many nations.
In the Fox/Kitsune Kingdom, they have many functions including: storm spotting, incident management, traffic control, disaster relief, search and rescue, and maintaining the nation's warning systems such as outdoor sirens and messaging systems.
CD uses a unique radio system.
Primary ops are on VHF low band with UHF mobile extenders, however, they have access in their mobile command posts to all VHF, UHF, and HF comms that could be in use on scene, enabling the CP to communicate with anyone there.
