"Gahhh! That Vernon is such an airhead!" April O' Neil shouted as she entered her apartment frustrated, slamming the door behind her. "He's so in love with himself, why doesn't that jerk just go marry a mirror?" April's co-worker at Channel 6 News was more than just a simple narcissist. While he hid behind the news van, April was in the middle of the Turtles' battles with Shredder and his goons, getting the footage that he would take the credit for with Mr. Thompson.

"Well, at least the day's over. Time to get out of this outfit," April sighed as she unzipped the top of her jumpsuit to let her skin breathe. "Why in the world would someone wear such a revealing outfit like this? Especially with breasts the size of turtle shells? Still, these things are pretty nice, even if they are a bit big. She unzipped her top and looks at the mirror, posing and winking until her eye caught the clock above it."

"Oh my goodness, it's almost 6:30," April gasped in shock. "I have to get ready for my date with Casey." April put her handheld camera down, grabbed the skin below her neck with her hand and began to tug on it. Her skin stretched as pulled as if it were made of rubber."

"SCHLURP!"

April's face came off to reveal Cody Nakamura, a young man with long blue hair in a ponytail, dressed as the Channel 6 News camerawoman. "Man, I sweated up a storm today," Cody said as he looked at the mask of April and picked up his camera. "If only Mr. Thompson knew my little secret. Maybe then he'd stop with those slaps to the butt." Cody giggled to himself as he went to his closet and opened the door. Inside, two additional costumes hung with masks hanging right above them. One of them was a dark red-haired woman with a purple mid-drift and beige khakis and flip flops. Next to that, the costume of a younger girl with a yellow shirt, black stockings and jean shorts.

"You know, sometimes I don't know which April O' Neil it's more fun to be," Cody said with delight." "Tonight, I have that date with Casey. I wonder if he's finally going to propose to me. Knowing him, it'll be an engagement ring with a hockey puck on top. Then tomorrow, I have practice with Master Splinter as my younger self. Thompson may be a pig, and Casey might be a...well, a guy, but there's just something sweet about that Donatello that makes me feel special."

Cody got dressed as the darker haired April O' Neil and slipped the mask on, assuming the identity of a different O'Neil. "April O'Neil, you've never looked better." April said to herself as she posed in front of the mirror. "Some may love being a turtle, but I love being an April even more!" She laughed to herself as she grabbed her purse and headed out the door."
