This is part of a marionette I'm working on for class. Right now I'm blocking the head sculpt out while I wait for the sculpting tools to arrive. Given this is the main time I should be perfecting my symmetry I could really use some help please if you see this symmetrical or not please comment and mention what is off

I've found the same. I was especially nervous since I don't have the length of time to tweak it I would normally the way my class is set up. Then also the sculpt's actually going to be a big focal point of my project.
Though now I'm less nervous since I know it has the structure I need for when my sculpting tools arrive.
When I posted it I was scared I wasn't going to get any input. I really appreciate it.
