Then again, the more nations represented, the better. Also, one other detail to note is that Leo has the ranking of Lt. Commander, so he's in the same boat as the pro temp; by that I mean the man or woman who speaks to the Senate in the Vice President's absence.

Wind Master: William III of England because he led the Glorious Revolution against James II without killing or hurting anyone. Hence I'm the only modern dictator in the world so far that has led a revolution without harming anyone.

Zachary: I tend to refer the Glorious Revolution as the Bloodless Revolution. The UK's history was pretty bloody but at least there was a point in time where no one was killed when James II was being deposed as peacefully as possible.
