Commission for Dayde

Dayde

Dayde of his Fennec Fox named Dae.

This was done in an experimental style and the first time I've put this much detail into the fur. I definitely still have a lot to learn, but I think it turned out ok for a first go.

I really like the pose on this one! And the color choice of background fits the light fur perfectly, creating a really gentle atmosphere. I think it's hard not to notice that you've been practicing and getting better.

I still hug my picture close when I go to sleep at night...

Yeah, really! In the pose, composition, and color choice, I think it looks pretty good! You draw much better than I do.
