The Antlers are real, I would have preferred fake ones, but the price difference was enough to convince me to settle. Basically I glued the base of each antler to some foam and ran a wire between the two and into the ears, attaching them in the back with some elastic. The ears are made from some foam sheets with the fur sewed and glued on. These are not very comfortable, mainly due to the weight, which tire out the head and neck after extended wear, but I'm happy to put up with it and wear them a lot :)
