Originally a character idea for an RPG called Isle of Achilles. On it, there were two factions of Pokemon. The first, the Svetria, were generally 'evil', and were always born with part of an ear missing. The second, the Pankio, were always born with a white spot on their forehead. So I decided to make a young 'mon with amnesia who had both, and could not remember which came first. With no memory of who he was, his "name" became Svetkio, combining both factions. x3

I never played him... xD But the idea was cool!

For the record, he is a Vulpix/Poochyena/Spoink/Farfetch'd, and that is Spoink's pearl in his mouth. Lol.
