It's Cyn and Typh, the unstoppable sibling force behind The Winners, not to mention Clearspring :D
This was a piece of artwork I commissioned from Haychel, I did some minor edits to Cyn's colour scheme with his permission. I really love how this came out though, really captures both of them well. <3
