I have not paid attention to ponies in many years, but I caught wind of this cutie and had to draw her.
Tumble Hooves is a dumb name why is it always 'Hooves'? Apparently other people are calling her Whoa, Nelly which is somewhat better.
I kinda miss 80s ponies naming rules where you didn't have random human names in there. Made it feel more magical but eh, new show new rules.

I just call her Betty and think of her as an opera singer. There, that's my head canon for this character. lol Kind of odd how I've grown to like Betty, guess it's just something different than the average pony design. The only other time we've had a drastically designed pony was Bulk Biceps.
