You find yourself in a suffocating void. You cannot feel any ground beneath your feet, no light to see. You try to draw breath, only to find no air around you. Your hands reach up grab a hold of something, but your body has become numb.

You look around you. In your search, as if they had always been there and you just couldn't see them, are two figures. On the left is a figure bathed in white light, a somber look on his face. The right figure basks in red light, mouth stretched in a twisted grin.

The left figure lifts his hand, palm facing up. He speaks to you. "You got lost. You took a wrong turn, and now you're having trouble finding your way back." He extends his hand. "Come on. Let's get you back to where you're supposed to be."

The right figure lifts his hand and clenches it into a fist. "You've been such a good servant. We've accomplished so much together. There's just a little more to do, and then you'll be rewarded." He extends his hand. "Don't make the mistake of throwing away everything we've worked on."

The left figure steps forward. "Please, listen to me. You can stop this. It's not too late to fix everything that's been broken." The corners of his eyes tighten, and there's a tremble in his voice. "I'm not going to lie, it's going to be difficult, and it's going to hurt. But it will be worth it. Just have faith."

The right figure steps forward. "You owe me your loyalty. Your obedience. You're so close to finishing this." His eyes narrow, and his tongue darts across his teeth. "Just one more thing to do. It'll be easy, and then it'll be done. You won't have to worry anymore. Come on, do the smart thing."

Both figures fall silent, their hands held out to you. You have to choose. After a time that was either a second or an eternity, you make your choice, and you reach out to take the hand of...
