aka how I do the thing.

first make a vague blob. then make it a less vague blob. put clothes on your blob if you have to.
if doing a back ref the simple way, flip and erase - be careful to edit areas for consistency and proper anatomical flow. if doing a back ref the hard way, literally redraw the entire thing in a new pose because you hate yourself.


then forget you made a sketch and don't line it until 3 days later and cry about how much you hate coloring.
