Making of File showing how I created my Dobermann Painting...
1. the rough 4H pencil sketch
2. digital inking done
3. flat colors added
4. started with the rough shade shapes of the muscles
5. more shading and some hairs and details added
6. did the same for the other body parts... yap
shadings painted on using a 3-5 px brush with standard setting, hair and light detail painted on using a 2-4 px brush set to "linear dodge" surround shading added using gradient tool set to "overlay" .

Looks like at some point you deleted the lines too? Or maybe just color them in. Hehe. But cool thanks for the tips and insider info! I really do appreciate it. Still trying to get my coloring down well. http://www.furaffinity.net/view/1979347/ My newest if you wanted to peek. ^.^ I think I'm getting the idea but just lack of texture or something to it all.
