With six you get...
I witnessed this today while waiting for a ride home at work after my transmission went out on my car. I was seated 8 feet away and two women , one actually eating a meal, the other talking about her vegan lifestyle.
And ate 2 eggrolls before her friend told her they contained pork.
My boss actually did ask her if she wanted more eggroll.
I was laughing loudly!!!
Vegan Bitch was not amused and actually left her friend sitting there while she finished her lunch.
After I got home I had to quickly sketch this up, sorry for the piss poor art.

My EX-mother-in-law insisted that she was a Strict Vegan (as well as a hideously straight-laced Sullen - er, Southern Baptist); I took great delight in telling her that our ancestors didn't come down out of the trees and climb to the top of the food chain just to eat salad.
Watching her cheat by eating fish and then go through all kinds of logical contortions to justify it was priceless.
Hah! *Slaps knee* got her!!! Aha ha ha.
You just witnessed a "Deezz Nutz" moment because how off guard did the vegan was when the truth was revealed.
With all seriousness, this is a very good comic, and seeing that you made after it really happen makes it more interesting to me.
I like it. Going to the fave gallery.

I like telling vegans that veggies can feel pain too, and trees shift slowly away from where other trees were cut, and that some beers are filtered with fish in the process. Short of it, we hurt everything, nothing is the right or wrong way when done with respect and regulations. And what lives are truly more important? Oh man they hate it when my philosophy zen boat rolls up to their brag fests.
I was raised veggie-inclined, as my dad told me to say as a kiddo at his house, at my mom's it was "American" meat and taters. Bonus is I know how to cook for everyone.

Ooo new fodder for the boat!
I mean I get on it, just because its a tad rude to assume. I get super anemic, like not funny style, and I eat things like liver when its really bad. Its more efficient to take sups and eat some meat and I have 32 years under my belt of attempts to know. (Warning for laughter here as I am going to talk the truth no one talks about) ...... I cannot eat lentils and spinach to my ears and not kill my whole state from mondo farts. I tried to go veggie when I was on food stamps as it was cheaper. It was painful is what that was. And it "doesn't go away in time" Hince saying the whole raised mostly veggie. You wanna kill someone? You give me vegan chili, broccoli, kale and no cheese pesto in a bowl... and then let me dutch oven them. I am actually banned from eating those things by my own fiance and have to sleep downstairs if I do.

For bonus points, when they talk about how "ethical" a vegan lifestyle is, point out the millions of insects and small animals that get killed each year by modern agriculture (and not-so-modern ag, too, just in smaller amounts due to differences in scale).
I'll leave you with this little tidbit: Eating a chicken sandwich is fucking metal. \m/ \m/

There's a cartoonist who draws the "K Chronicles," he drew himself offering bacon to a vegan.
Made even the vegan drool.
What pisses me off about the vegans are the evangelical vegans.
They aren't satisfied eating the way they do, they have to "spread the word," (like a manure spreader,) and condemn anyone eating a cheeseburger.

It's the same way with atheism.
I'm an atheist myself, yet I never could stand Madeline O'Hare or Christopher Hitchens.
O'Hare was as obnoxious as Jerry Falwell, and Hitchens was just a nasty drunk.
It's the radicals, fundamentalists, and "Do it only *MY* way!" evangelists that bother me.

One 8 ounce steak. 1/3000 of a life. Assuming a 1500 pound steer. Many people will eat many times form that one life.
8 ounces of uncooked rice. roughly 5000 insects and amphibians. I understand they flee in a green wave before the combines. They are killed in their tens of thousandths, hundreds of thousands at harvest time.
We are told by the Vegan bunch that a life is a life. Who is killing less to eat? Just saying.

It's the quickie arts you do that I see the best come out, Rabbi. Not to mention these slice of life you give us are too funny. Love, faved it, and gonna show it off where I can.
On a side note, I used to work with a vegan who proved that the human body needs animal protein of some form or another in order to function properly over time. We don't have to have a lot, just a little and mostly to help brain function. The vegan I knew was a manager and was off her nut most of the time lashing out for no reason other than hr own sheer stupidity. We were all happy when she was demoted and sent to another store.

Vegans don't know about a concept called "bioavailability." Some essential nutrients are available in plants, but not enough in the amount they eat. They will run into problems in the long run.
It's like the "gluten free" lifestyle. I know someone with celiac disease, which is the only case gluten is really harmful. Elsewhere, it's just hype.

I laugh at these sorts of people.
A couple of friends of mine are staunch vegetarians/vegans, up until the time they started having vitamin deficiencies. My goodness! How quickly they started taking up my sort of diet; heavy on the vegetables/fruits, but having fish/seafood from time to time.
Fun comic as always.
