Snow is a mild-mannered young girl who is blissfully unaware of her beauty. She can often be found in her garage, creating new ways to be able to help Steel in his "adventures". Her greatest goal is to find a way to stop him getting hurt, despite Rift's claims of it being impossible.

Great friends with Steel and Rift, Snow would follow Steel to Hell and back again in her blind admiration, much to her parents chagrin.

Snow and Kilo are close as sibling can be, but her brother can't help but laugh whenever Snow talks about Steel, entirely unaware that her feelings for the hedgehog are mutual.
