Tried going for that Oekaki look. How do you get rid of that big outline around the frame? No idea why that keeps popping up.

As in "Export As" correct?
I recommend using crop if you want to remove any unnecessary space. Like, I use a big canvas size first when drawing certain things. Once I'm done, I try to crop it to a good size. I'm not sure if that would also solve the problem of the weird outline thing.
Also, what kind of brush did you use for this? I think you nailed the Oekaki look. :o
