This is beautiful. I know what having depression is like. Even though I'm generally an optimistic person. It's counter-acted by my low self-esteem. It sucks at times.

Moving someplace warm helps too.

Actually warm environments are a good way to cause me depression, because I get ill really easily when it goes over 25c, I don't feel like doing anything when its hot so I just lay down and let the bad thoughts come in.

I'm very eagerly waiting for a proper autumn and then winter.

That mames sense. My house has no ac right now. When it gets hot I get less done.

We have an ac here in this apartment (my first summer here) but it's been mostly terrible even though it wasn't too hot - because we have a downstairs neighbor who smokes: headache through majority of the days if we wanted to cool down the place (and this place needs cooling, 4 computers in one room, two in the other..). Whats even more horrible is that when they finally smoked weed instead of tobacco we were happy cause that doesn't cause headache, never thought I'd feel happy about a turn like that ._.
