I say it has to be boring.

Now take whatever interesting concept there is behind it and drag it out for 7 hours until everyone no longer cares.

simplicity aside though, it works perfectly with the piece Some people chuck random effects in that don't fit with the rest of the medium but you have managed to tie it in perfectly with this piece *hugsya*

The sparkly aspect is a fresh and unique effect, but the expression and fur blending are what make this a keeper! Even his ears and toonish hands lend to the startled/confused expression. Very nice work!
