Holy crap, you know an atmosphere is well done if you can HEAR all the sounds while looking at the artwork. :U
I love this so much, especially how you painted that hot orange light reflecting in the rain drops and everywhere wet. Man, even the lineart is colored in that orange on some parts and it's really effective! I still have trouble with coloring my lineart without making it look too off or too distracting. Yours here works perfectly smooth for the eye. :)

You did a really great job here. Your style really lends itself well to characters and their faces (I've always been a big fan of you and your style) and the picture as a whole really comes together great. The red lighting looks great along with the rest of the picture; with the contrast being so dark, the red really pops and helps add to the tone. Really diggin' it.
