Now before I get folks going 'what about other stuff?!' I have been working on this slowly over the past week or so in the time that I am supposed to be sleeping >.> If I can't sleep I just get up and do a bit more of this! Unfortunately sleeping has been difficult this week v.v those who are following my Twitter will already know this!
I'm sculpting this in my bedroom, my workroom is in the loft and 12AM/2AM are too late to pull down the ladder (which is noisy no matter how carefully I do it) and start clanking around!
This is the way I am going to be updating my other molds too (My canine mold will be up for sale when I finish the new wolf sculpt). I seriously need to update them all (even my beloved bigcat!) The goat not so much as its not been used a lot but the rest defo!
This cutie is a Kemono Fox! The eye masters are being inbuilt to it and the vision is a LOT better than normal Kemono! Large vents are possible with this and yes this head will fit ANY size! Glasses the lot! Lots of room for ventilation too. Padding will be required unless cast in full soft foam!
I am also incorporating a moving jaw with this too. I guess you could call this Kemo-fusion! All the good of the west with the 'I'm having a heart attack' cuteness!
I actually had to cover it with a black bag (there was a clear one before) because my heart kept jumping at the cuteness when I walked into the room >.<
It is almost completed! so soooooon! I can't wait o.o
The fox design to the right will be the first design made with this base! This is one of the premades up for grabs. I believe it will be available for auction around Halloween for those interested!
I'm planning to make the back of it mess (think in the shape of an animegao kigurumi head at the back where it slopes but all covers the head with enough room to put your head in) it will provide additional ventilation instead of being solid foam!
I am debating on offering pre-orders with this pup to fund the mold. Due to silicone and such being a lot more expensive in the UK (my supplier just went up in price >.>) I would have to have at least 3 pre-order and pay in full (not including shipping.
I sell my bases starting at GBP£60 uncut so I'm not sure how many folks would go for that! I know folks expect cheaper but in the UK its more than twice as expensive to get resins (I use smooth-on)
