I kinda like the deal with MGS5’s Quiet, and wanted to make a nude-by-backstory character.
He is Blind (formerly Moona Fandey) and senses the world with his fur (bleached white by the power-parasites) and can quantum-displace into phased matter. I.e. He is so fluffy he can become fog.
