Some boys transformations take longer than others on Pleasure Island and they sometimes like to wander off in terror after discovering what happens to them and their friends. Some try to jump cliffs, others try to swim. But most get lost in the deep forested outskirts of the Island. Its become common practice for the Coachman to find a few stragglers in there before he ships his next donkey bounty out. They might fun far but they cant hide for long.
