She has the habit of smoking or chewing pot, specially when she's stressed, which tends to happen at work.

Needless to say, smoking is strongly discouraged when you work with important papers at an office, or when you are in small closed spaces like the cubicles or the bathroom. Eventually, her boss got tired of her smoking in the bathroom or anywhere at the minimal chance she had regardless of how much she was discouraged or lectured.

One regular saturday, she went to work as usual, only to find a package of really foalish diapers already sitting on her chair. Too embarrassed to ask around, she decided to report that directly to her boss, who explained that it was her idea to make sure she had no excuse to go to the bathroom.

"Plus, I bet you'd look really cute in them." She wasn't doing anything to make it any less embarrassing, in fact, she specially picked the most foalish designs with alphabet letters and cute animals to motivate her to prove that she could use the bathroom without her boss hearing the janitors complaining later about the bowl being filled with floating joint butts and other workers complaining about the constant smell of burnt.

She was definitely embarrassed and wanting to be out of them while in public, but still, the motivation to quit wasn't really there. After an hour of hoofbitting and pencilchewing, her boss decided to give her a paci as well to calm her nervous maw.

As embarrassing as it was, the day was going pretty smooth; she didn't have to attend in the windows as she was working on the deeper part of the cabinets so she didn't have to make any explanations to the non-workers, and no one complained.

Well, except for the janitor, who drew the shortest straw when she needed a change.
