Well here's one of the suggestions from the journal I did a lil while back. a Twilex diapered. Hehehe. Although this one's a boy. All be it a kinda girly boy but still a boy. Hehehe. He's the shy tinkerer who loves tech stuff but can be fairly shy around new people especially due to his diapers.

Actually they were in the first movie series. I know we see a few in Jaba's pallace only they'e females and different colored. They may have shown up earlier too but I can't quite remember but I know we also saw more of them in each StarWars movie since. One of them was on the Jedi Council I believe.
