Honestly, I was trying to figure out what type of arrows that thing would fire. Like what each part could be used for, and then it lead me thinking about the shoulder clasp and wrist braclet having something to do with it too.

When she goes to fire the arrow is encoated with magical energy, from the blue part facing the arrow's trajectory, but only if the bracelet is near the bow. Then, when she release it, it adds a fire element enacted by the shoulder clip (with the flame on it).

And now you have meeka firing a giant fireball off of one arrow.

Explosions?

Yeah, totally overthinking it.

The technical stuff is that the shoulder pad conducts fire essence down her arm and into the arrow. The Aqanin crystal is used for spare charges if she runs dry.

I'm pretty sure it's just plain paper, I doubt they'd have picked up a roll of special stuff.

They do sell wall scrolls, though. (Only Kabier works at the moment.)

Sorry, I really don't want to spoil the fun, but the string on a compound bow goes completely different.
The pulleys should be on the bow tips. But these are only my technical 50 cents.
