I'm an inking artist and work with blacks/cells/gradients, but I need to expand on my practice. My computer could kick the dust at the same time my tablet eats the bucket so I am using Colors 3D on my DS.

The resolution isn't as big as I'd like, and detail will come with practice, so for this piece I tried a simple style. I drew  bruyaglovae's character DeVout from memory. Cross your eyes until you see three images then look at the one in the middle.

I know for sure my 3DS will be around even after my tablet's cord severs entirely so I can do pieces like this for $25. (Basically trading out detail and resolution on a black-and-white ink for colour and 3D in a portrait like this.) If you don't mind the smoothness of the shading, I can do a rougher but equally colourful and 3D piece for $15.

Things are supposed to get better soon. I'm trying to stay positive. I will continue my to-do-list for as long as my devices work, I just wanted to show what I could do on another.
