In this, my latest 'sweeps month' (September, 2015), I continue my presentation of 'classic typewriter art' from the 1970s (made with my mother's Royal manual typewriter)...
This week, as a change-of-pace from the usual portraits I'd made, I'd created a serious landscape - comprised of a quartet of smokestacks - as I'd dealt with the subject of pollution and ecology (long before the concept of 'global warming' and 'climate change' was even originated). And this image was simplified by my use of just Xs and Os (and no other keyboard characters), with the use of green and yellow marker pens to enhance the ecology flag (using green to fill in the Os in the stripes, and yellow to complete the ecology logo).
I'll have one more work of 'classic typewriter art' next week. In the meantime, your 'feedback' (both prop and con) is always welcome...
