Last weekend I was finally given the OK to lift weights again, so of course I went straight back into lifting what I lifted before my surgery, and of course that resulted in micro-tears, which resulted in me walking around like a t-rex while they got better. It was hilarious, I promise.

After a week of struggling at the gym, I'm finally back to business. HORRAY.
