Awww, this is really cute! And I have to agree with you. The tenth Doctor was, in my personal opinion at least, the best. (I cried when he regenerated) Quite frankly, I felt that Matt Smith as the 11th Doctor was wooden and just couldn't act. And the storylines became terrible too.
Anyway, this is both really cute and really touching.
