Sir Kibble and the Cutter ability, though not necissarily powerful, was versitle and cool. In Kirby Superstar, he has some awesome skills and makes for a useful ally.
Personally, though, I preferred GIM (Yo-yo) as a power and T.A.C. as a partner (best if 2p is controlling him)
