She was sent by Yellow Diamond to capture two runaway gems, Chalcedony and Chrysoprase, whose trail eventually led her to Earth. What she did not expect was to meet a certain little boy who, after a fight between herself (Agate) and Pearl, Garnet, and Amethyst, convinced her to let Chalcedony and Chrysoprase go.
