I have a giant .rtf file of strip ideas and scripts and such, dating all the way back to '08 (like this one). Almost none of the pages you've been seeing recently were written this year - I tend to prefer older ideas over new ones because I just want to get them out of the way! If you ever want to know what year a particular gag was written in, just ask and I'll gladly give you a guesstimate!

Anyways, Mr. Hippo here is actually a very bright and cheery person; he just likes being melodramatic in bars. Everyone needs a hobby.
