Q - How does this whole thing work?
A - Either fill out the form or send me a note, Skype, etc about what you'd like to get. We can discuss ideas/detail/finish or you can just tell me what you'd like, send refs and wait. I need your email so I can send an invoice for payment (you can pay with Paypal or credit cards) and I'll usually send for payment either before starting or after getting your approval on the sketch.

Q - What can I do if I don't feel like I got what I paid for?
A - If you aren't happy with the results, don't stay quiet about it! Contact me and we can work something out. I won't charge you full price for substandard work.

Q - What's the usual turnaround time on commissions?
A - The truth is, the time I take to finish a picture can vary wildly because of seemingly random elements. It's never been worse than 3 weeks, and I intend to never take that long again. If you have a deadline or want your work sooner, just let me know and I can usually get it done within a week.

Q - Can you stream for me?
A - I can do public or private art streams just for you! You set the rules and tell me what to draw. my going rate for streams is $5 per hour.
